Quality Assurance
Next Level Systems has established a reputation for providing its client's with the Next Level of installations and
services based on today's standards. We achieved this by provide our customer's with highly trained BICSI and ACES
certified field installers, lead technicians, and project managers. All employees are continually trained and certified
on the newest vendor products on a yearly bases.
All installations start with the preparation of a detailed implementation schedule that itemizes all of the critical
steps required from start to completion of the project. Each step in the implementation schedule is designed to be
coordinated with the client's project schedule to insure that contractor meets clients project milestones. Large installations
involve computer generated implementation schedules that include extensive detail related to all steps of construction
when multiple suppliers, contractors, are utilized to complete the project.
A Next Level project manager is assigned to oversee each installation. This individual is the primary contact with the
customer for coordination of the entire project. The project manger will interface with various suppliers, subcontractors,
and vendors on behalf of Next Level and the customer. Thus the client only needs to interface with a single individual
during all phases of the installation.
Once a project has been established the Next Level project manager and sales engineer will request a coordination
meeting with the client. In this meeting Next Level will explain the installation process and gather additional data base
information from client to customize the system installation.
It is Next Level Systems policy to provide technical support during and immediately following the cutover of new
services. These personnel are responsible for working closely with the client in correcting any irregularities that may occur.
Should training be required Next Level will setup a separate meeting for each system so client can take full advantage
of all the new features of each system.
All of the materials and equipment for the completion of each project is procured from major suppliers in the Bay Area.
